Keyfer Roberts

Keyfer studied Geophysics at Southern Methodist University after beginning his academic journey at the United States Naval Academy. During his time at SMU, he earned a three-year varsity football letter. With seven years of experience as an oil and gas operator in Texas, Keyfer oversees the management of 91 wells across the state. He has successfully drilled numerous wells in Texas and Louisiana and has deployed nearly $10 million in capital for oil and gas projects. Keyfer possesses a strong understanding of capital markets, investor relations, and technical aspects of the industry, including seismic data, logs, and lithology. His entrepreneurial success includes founding and profitably exiting a business. Keyfer excels in identifying high-potential leases, raising capital to enhance leasehold value through increased production, and maintaining steady cash flow. He is the proud father of his one-year-old son, Levi.
Tim Roberts

Tim Roberts earned a two-year varsity football letter at Penn State University and went on to play one season in the National Football League. For the past seven years, he has operated in the Texas oil and gas industry, bringing with him 20 years of financial experience that began in 2005 with a prominent brokerage firm in Dallas. Tim has funded over 100 commercially productive wells in Texas and Louisiana, many delivering investor payback in under six months. He manages the daily operations, workovers, and production of 91 wells throughout Texas. With a robust knowledge of capital markets and investor relations, Tim has successfully placed nearly $35 million of investor capital into oil and gas projects. He is the father of Keyfer and two other sons.
Crosby Shaver

Crosby Shaver graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Enterprise Development. Following graduation, he raised capital and began operating wells in the Permian Basin, building on his experience in business development and special projects for a 250-person drilling and completion firm. His career evolved into a focus on oil and gas acquisitions, specializing in mineral and leasehold transactions and aggregation. Through his companies and consulting work, Crosby has acquired interests or provided services across nine states and multiple basins, aggregating approximately 8,000 acres of net leasehold and 4,000 net royalty acres. With a strong emphasis on the Permian and Anadarko Basins, he has owned, operated, and consulted on water assets in these regions. Crosby is an active member of the Produced Water Society, the world’s largest oil and gas water consortium, where he serves on the Technical Committee. He currently manages oil and gas interests across more than 25 states, prioritizing low-cost operations and the application of cutting-edge technology in drilling, completion, and operations. Additionally, Crosby is engaged in the physical oil and gas markets as an aggregator, marketer, and recycler, handling refined and unrefined oils and fuels.
